  The dentist broke pieces of my front upper teeth. I have another dentist and have had them fixed. I went right after they went into the new mall. They do go after money by telling you a exam must be done to determine what needs done. This is not your regular exam. I went and asked for the money back but to get it they wanted me to sign a waiver stating they were not responsible. I did not and they kept the money. Beware!

  Was impressed with the excellent care and service from the hygienist, Dr. Blair and assistants. The front office has 2 of the worst people you can imagine. They called me up to offer a $200 discount on my replacement crown. Originally $728. When I made a comment about the cost, she hung up! I had been in for a cleaning & checkup prior. So I called back and was told that the offer was to give me a $100 deduction AND the insurance company (Humana) a $100 reduction. Now this appears to me they were trying to pull a fast one. As I would never know what they submit to the insurance company, & I seriously doubt they would tell them they saved them any money, how ridiculous. All of this was at the counter and she insisted the office manager had explained this to me on the phone. I had explained to her that I pay for the dental coverage & why would they give the insurance co a discounted invoice? I pay 70%, ins pays 30%. I paid 1/2 of my co-pay, and of course the office manager was out. I call the office manager, who gave me the exact amounts for all concerned. Fast forward to post procedure, time to pay, same idiot at check out says 'it's ok to pay the same as before & we'll just forget the rest', I asked the rest of what? She gets flustered as I asked to speak w/ office mgn. He agrees with the figures he quoted and the 2 (dumb & dumber) bimbos weren't happy. I need another crown and a filling replaced. I told the manager I would not be back until the 2 idiots are gone. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, unfortunately the 2 in the front are absolutely the bottom of the barrel. Don't be fooled by these people, look elsewhere, plenty of courteous, polite and just as terrific dentists & STAFF around.
