  My experience with this Dental office has ended today. The office staff from the bottom to the top do not care, they are incompetent and rude and immature. It took weeks and weeks for them to call me once they had the insurance approval.. Papers lost on someones desk, Causing a delay in treatment and loss of annual insurance benefit. Billed me incorrectly due to incorrect insurance information inputed in to system. They called me for payment I did not know I owed. I asked to get a detailed bill, it took weeks and weeks. A young lady called me again for payment, I asked her to call my husband because I was heading into a meeting. She did not call him. This week I receive a collection notice. Today I went to the office and once again I was greeted with arrogance. They pretty much said I they did call my husband and I was lying. Turns out they had the wrong # and apparently that was my fault too. But clearly on my new patient paperwork I wrote the correct #. I asked to talk to the office manager and lucky for me the young lady I was already speaking to was the office manager. I tried to explain my entire experience with her hoping she would have understood and tried to make it right. She did not, she just wanted to be right, she did not care that I wanted my records to transfer to a new Dentist. She did not want to stop explaining how right they were. According to them everything was my fault, the incorrect mailing address the wrong insurance information, when they had a copy of my insurance card, The wrong area code on the phone number, which was correct on paperwork. All of their mistakes and incompetence are apparently my fault. I finally said it does not matter you do not care to listen to me you obviously do not want us a patients, you just want to be right. My husband and I will find a new dentist. Just to be clear my balance was $40.00 and my husbands was $17.50 yes a grand total of $57.50. I hope the dentists in this office are now aware of the customer service their patients get. From the moment I walked in the office staff could not do the job and no one has the right answers. If only they will learn to listen. STOP talking and listen. On a positive note.... You will never find a better Hygienist she is awesome I will miss her, but the treatment form the office staff is not worth it. Sincerely Shelly Reynolds & Charles Tolliver
