- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a customer of this office for more than a decade and a State Farm customer for more than 30 years. With Charlie Stuart, you get ZERO personal service! The entire time I was insured with him, I never met or spoke to him. His ever-changing staff and part time wind and hail agent make things difficult. She lost a repair receipt and caused me to be dropped and left me without coverage for over a year! This is NOT how I expect to be treated by State Farm. I found another agent in a smaller town that knows what customer service and appreciation are! He won't miss me and I certainly won't miss his staff! Shop around!June 30, 2017by ron watson
